1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Svelox, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement and permitted to use the service where you live. If you do not agree, do not use Svelox.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and current information, protect your credentials and verification codes, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require identity, ownership or transaction information to protect users and review suspicious activity.

3. Gift Card Submissions

You may submit only gift cards that you lawfully own or are authorised to trade. Submitted card details, codes and images must be accurate, readable and not previously redeemed, duplicated, altered, stolen or subject to another claim. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or payment.

4. Quotes, Review and Orders

Displayed rates and estimated values may change by card type, market, condition, verification result and review time. A final value is determined only after review. We may request more information, reject a submission or cancel an order when information is incomplete, a card is invalid, ownership is uncertain, fraud is suspected or processing would violate law or service rules.

5. Wallet Balances and Payout Requests

Svelox wallet balances are service records associated with completed activity; they are not bank deposits, savings accounts or investments and do not earn interest. A payout request is subject to account review, available balance, destination details, operational availability and applicable limits. Processing may be manual or completed through an external or offline payout channel, and timing is not guaranteed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• submit stolen, fraudulently obtained, already-redeemed or unauthorised gift cards;
• use Svelox for money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity;
• misrepresent your identity, ownership, transaction information or payout details;
• interfere with security, probe systems, distribute malware, scrape excessively or automate abusive requests;
• harass others, misuse support channels or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

Svelox may rely on third-party sign-in, messaging, storage, hosting and payout-related services. Their availability and separate terms may affect portions of the service. We are not responsible for third-party products that you access independently, but we remain responsible for our own handling of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected fraud, comply with legal requirements, address a breach of these terms or manage serious operational risk. You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support. Necessary transaction, security and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Svelox is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, acceptance of every card, a fixed rate or a specific review or payout time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Svelox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service, risk controls or legal requirements change. The updated terms will show a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

2. 账户与安全

你应提供准确、最新的信息，妥善保护登录凭据和验证码，并在发现疑似未授权访问时及时通知我们。除适用法律另有规定外，你应对通过账户进行的活动负责。为保护用户和核查可疑活动，我们可能要求提供身份、所有权或交易相关资料。

3. 礼品卡提交

你只能提交自己合法持有或获授权交易的礼品卡。提交的卡片资料、卡码和图片必须准确、清晰，且不得已被兑换、重复提交、篡改、盗取或存在他人权利主张。提交礼品卡不代表一定会被接受或付款。

4. 报价、审核与订单

页面显示的汇率和预估金额可能因卡片类型、市场、卡片状况、验证结果和审核时间而变化，最终金额以审核结果为准。当资料不完整、卡片无效、所有权存疑、涉嫌欺诈，或处理会违反法律或服务规则时，我们可能要求补充资料、拒绝提交或取消订单。

5. 钱包余额与提现申请

Svelox 钱包余额是与已完成业务相关的服务记录，不属于银行存款、储蓄账户或投资，也不产生利息。提现申请需满足账户审核、可用余额、收款资料、系统运营状态和适用限额等条件。处理可能由人工完成，或通过外部/线下收款渠道完成，不保证固定处理时间。

6. 禁止行为

你不得：

• 提交盗取、欺诈取得、已兑换或未经授权的礼品卡；
• 利用 Svelox 从事洗钱、规避制裁或其他违法活动；
• 虚构身份、所有权、交易资料或收款信息；
• 干扰安全机制、探测系统、传播恶意程序、过度抓取或自动发起滥用请求；
• 骚扰他人、滥用客服渠道或侵犯知识产权、隐私及其他第三方权利。

7. 第三方服务

Svelox 可能依赖第三方登录、短信、存储、托管和收款相关服务，其可用性及独立条款可能影响部分功能。对于你独立访问的第三方产品，我们不承担责任；但我们仍依照隐私政策对自身处理的个人信息负责。

8. 限制、暂停与终止

为了保护用户或服务、调查疑似欺诈、遵守法律要求、处理违反本条款的行为或重大运营风险，我们可能在合理必要时限制、暂停或终止访问。你可以通过 App 或联系客服申请删除账号；必要的交易、安全和法律记录可能依照隐私政策继续保留。

9. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许范围内，Svelox 按“当前可用”状态提供。我们不保证服务不中断、不保证每张卡片都会被接受，也不保证固定汇率或特定审核、提现时间。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Svelox 不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。本条款不排除依法不能排除的权利或责任。

10. 条款更新

服务、风险控制或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本条款。更新后的条款会显示新的“最近更新”日期。在法律允许范围内，更新生效后继续使用服务即表示你接受修订后的条款。
